Cancellation and No-Show

Your appointments are very valuable to us. They are reserved especially just for you. Please provide us at least 12-24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

Late Arrival

At our salon, all of our treatments have been designed to allow appropriate time to fulfill each service. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be guaranteed an extension of booked service outside of the scheduled appointment.

Quiet, Please

Here at Daisy Nails Salon, we pride ourselves on being a relaxing haven for all those who want to enjoy a tranquil and stress-reducing experience. We request that you turn your cell phone on silent mode upon check-in at our salon.

Children

We love children at our salon. However, it is the parents’ responsibility to supervise their little ones when getting services done. Our staff members are efficient but are not trained to provide childcare.

Forms of Payment

Cash, gift cards, and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are all accepted. Checks are not accepted.

Refund

Our salon doesn’t offer a refund on any services already being rendered. To ensure your satisfaction, you may check and inform your nail technicians should you are not pleased with the services while you are still at the salon. However, we offer free change for repair on services no longer than 3 days.

Gift Card

You must present your Gift Card only to pay for salon services or products, excluding gratuity. The card or certificate’s value will not be replaced if lost, destroyed, or stolen. It cannot be redeemed for cash or credit toward Daisy's accounts. It is only valid for one year after the date of its purchase if it stays inactive. Gift Cards or certificates are available only for in-store product purchases and are non-refundable.

Services and Prices

At our salon, we reserve the right to discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure that all set standards and quality measures are met. We offer discounts but these can't be combined to other promotions.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. Our professional staff will collect your personal information such as your name and contact number for a hassle-free client booking database so you can receive updates about us. Rest assured that we will never disclose your personal information to any third party.

For Your Safety

We value the safety of our clients. We advise that those with medical conditions should consult their doctors prior to booking any of our services. Kindly inform us of any existing medical conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue service for any reason to ensure the well-being of all parties.

Our Salon Etiquette

Inappropriate and rude behavior does not belong at Daisy Nails Salon. All of our staff members are committed, skilled nail technicians who reserve the right to terminate services if clients are excessively intoxicated or make inappropriate comments or advances to any of our employees.
